Siridia Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a multi-variety oil obtained from 250 olive trees located within our vineyards in Valpolicella.

The olives are handpicked and then taken to the mill. The oil is extracted within 48 hours of harvesting using a cold extraction method. It is then decanted and left unfiltered to preserve its richness in nutrients and aromatic compounds.

Characteristics:

  • Color: Golden yellow with greenish hues.
  • Aroma: Intense, with notes of lemon leaf, fruity hints, and herbs.
  • Taste: Finely fruity, delicate, persistent, and enveloping.
