Philosophy

The label of this wine takes us into the realm of fantasy, of the abstract. Here, imagination rules: everyone can give their own interpretation to the image. The same thing happens with wine.

Personally, I see a sun sinking into the sea, feeling a gentle breeze moving golden grains of fine sand.

This is where this label leads me and where I would like to sip this wine.

Tasting Notes

Bianco di Siridia is a fresh, fun and enjoyable wine.

It comes from a combination of grapes found in the Veronese territory including Garganega, Chardonnay and Cortese. The latter in particular gives the wine a pleasant minerality that entices one to sip again.

The color is pale straw yellow. Aromas range from fruity hints of white-fleshed peach and citrus, especially citron. This is followed by floral notes of jasmine and white flowers and an intriguing mineral note reminiscent of flint.

The ideal occasion to drink it is the aperitif, try it to believe! It will become the perfect ally for summer evenings with friends.

Given its good structure, it is excellent when paired with appetizers, vegetarian and fish dishes, and white meats. For something more unusual, try it with sushi as well and you won’t be disappointed!
